I have a question if you want to contact a provider by phone and you don't want any record of it coming back to you what is the best way to do this. I can never find a payphone that works. And I wasn't sure on a prepaid cell if when you activate it you have to provide info that will come back to you. I guess Tiger should have done a bit of research on this subject.
