Maybe not quite as obvious as the situation you ran across but certainly available. Your post brings to mind two different gals I met along there. Both were slender with long hair one blonde one brunette. Both were a long time ago and I do not recall their names.
Actually met the blonde across the street at Church's. She saw me checking her out and asked me if I wanted some dessert to go along with my chicken. I did. I didn't see the pink jersey yesterday, but about a month ago I stopped for a good figured, long blond haired girl in a pink jersey. He said it reminded him of Oklahoma's video vigilante.
It was on New York st. So we both dismissed it at the time (why stop on a very busy street to do any business). We both agreed that if he was a vigilante copy cat it would have been on a side street or parking lot. Again this was at least 2 weeks ago and was near Euclid on New York.

I'm not sure what his angle is; he doesn't seem to do ANY good for anyone, just making videos for Youtube hits I guess.
