I will second healthlabs. ~$100 for tests, very simple and private, no fussing with your insurance and/or doctor, just go, get blood drawn, wait for results, very fair pricing, lots of options for locations. All kinds of management exist in the adult world. Its really not very precise to just call them all pimps. There are legit agencies, not in Portland, but in bigger cities and other countries, where the management does all of the photography, advertising, scheduling, and screening, and may even provide transport and or an incall location.
