I have seen YouTube videos showing people trying to board flights out having their passports cut up, or having green cards seized. So the supply of new Chinese workers is probably reduced to a trickle. When they get a new girl, its probably a girl who got fired down the street. If this continues, we can watch our providers grow into old age, and / or get some Vietnamese or Philipono talent coming in.

Some shops get a lot of attention and others of similar quality get no attention. The best strategy is to diversify your shops, and for people to share new shops with excellent service. To some extent its a zero sum game. If you are going to Harbor Spa then you are not going to Top10. By spreading around our $, no shop gets too full of themselves. If a girl sits around half the day without customers, maybe she will think twice before demanding 60-80 for a 35-45 job.
