It doesn't matter how many times you've seen a provider, chances are good that they'll be late, uncommunicative, or unavailable at the time that you've scheduled with them. That's just how it works so be prepared and don't take it personally. As for me, if I'm looking for a date, I start calling or texting at around 9:00 am (I prefer late morning or early afternoon encounters). Once they respond, if at all, then I could reasonably expect to be at their locale somewhere between 12 and 1 pm.
