If you look around here you'll see reference to Tin Eye. Use that as a tool. it's an image search site that helps you find other uses of the images.

In this case her 2nd picture turned up a hit and tracking that the photo leads to a web site Oye Loca. Professional photo lifted most likely a scam.

Tin Eye has a Firefox add on making it easy to use.

And the providers will find a way around it. Be interesting to see how they do it. Notice that the 'censored' note is only on CL in the US. Nowhere else: eg. Canada, Europe, etc. Good old US of A!
