I think most open around 11 am, except for Fuji and Gold, which I believe are 24/7.
Royal...will open up early if you call. I called at 830AM and another time at 915 and they told me to come now and the girl was ready... before normal opening hours. Not sure if others that open at 10AM or 11AM will agree to open up the doors early. Some will close early and open up late like Midori. There are some girls that stay overnight at these places ...by their choice i.e. Midori. Makes me wonder how much are these girls banking...oh well.
