I paid a recent visit to a place on San Jose. There was a Jamaican girl at the desk who used the assumptive close and was a bit taken aback when I asked who else was available. I ended up spending a short time with an older blonde. A little TOO skinny for my taste, but I really wasn't interested in Carribean Brown Sugar on this particular trip. Session was decent. Flip was surprisingly better than I expected. Pretty basic service that actually went over my 30 minute time frame. Priced reasonable and I tipped a Jackson. I am sure that there was much more available had I requested, but I was really just checking the place out more than anything else. It was a nice change from the usual AMP.

New therapist Jenny arrived this week. Short and a little stocky but friendly, playful and good with her hands.

You talked to me as if I were the scum of the Earth on the phone when all I wanted was a massage because I could not get an appointment from the chiropractor until the next week, and I get sarcasm from you? I am not the only one evidently you have done this to. Since you initiated this conversation, why do you advertise when you treat people that call you like this when they have seen good reviews of Shelby and want to see her? I run a business, and mam I can tell you this, my employees do not talk to people on the phone like you talked to me. Ok here is a suggestion, why not go on the forum and apologize to people that you have done this to and be a little nicer on the phone? If you want business to pick up, show concern and apologize. Business will come back. Good day.

I did not post anything negative about her contacting me, and I did not hound her when I could have, but I just received this today from her:

Once again, this is a RISKY business. One you obviously have no experience with.

This is a man's Board. Females are not welcomed on it.

There are plenty of struggling massage therapists. Please call them.

Tulip's is a Private Spa. No need to see people who have such a Negative dispositions.

The phone number is advertised for REGULARS who want a safe place to relax in a cozy, FRIENDLY environment.

People wonder why I run the business I do, and deal with the military, all I can say in response to that is dealing with things that explode are far less frustrating than dealing with stupid people.

Newbie here, been curious about AMP. Took a trip to PT and met Jenny. She put in a good effort but a bit too old for me. But from what I've read on here, older ladies is the norm here in Jax?

Hit ichiban today. New girl (to me) Lilly. Nice and friendly. Good massage and nice relaxation.

Also a new AMP on Wells Road across from Dicks Wings.

Its a bit confusing. If "TulipsHoneyPot" is not taking new clients, only regulars, but now have this issue that paints them with a bit of drama, what if regulars just walk away? It actually sounds risky for the client. Since I am not a client their policy of no new cleints means I can't be one. Their clientelle so stacked that they don't need extra business. What am I missing here?
