So schedule the one who just wants to come over first early as you can. (Also, hide your valuables as she may have sticky fingers.) Obviously there are scammers who will do that anyway, but some legit girls will take that approach. I usually prefer a M&G first before the full date, so if I were you, I'd meet 2 or 3 of them a couple of hours apart, and then just decide who I want to see for a full PPM date (which could be all of them).
