Never an issue. If you're a regular rear entrance at SH is ok. Newcomers not so much. The employee rest area is back there with personal belongings.
Upstairs at BW? We used it during the shutdown but really no reason to now. Unless you're nervous about being recognized by one of your wife's friends. And the back door might not get answered because it opens into their rest area and that place is so busy it might be empty. And the step down into the shop can be tricky if you've had a couple. Haha.
