In my experience Judy (OD) gives much better service though. It could have just been the provider that I saw at Tokyo which wasn't Judy, but Judy OD seemed to really want me to enjoy my entire visit last time I saw her. Maybe it's because I'm old too.

She does leave the room and used phone but it wasn't a problem. I had a little utc and yes the supermarket is right there but I never had trouble parking plus you can always park on the street.
