There is one on Vine in Willoughby near D / T Willoughby but they only offer legit massages and self service.

There was one AAMP in East Cleveland but I wouldn't recommend it but YMMV and who knows if it's still open.

There might be one in W'ville hts area. Foot spa. But I have only heard about it, never been there and cannot vouch for it.
