This is getting out of hand.[/QUOTE]I saw a news story perhaps last night on a national news outlet (forget which, since all but RT are just different flavors of centerist crap) , but through FOIA, you have a right to see what information is retained about your own vehicle by LEO.
Don't know about TN vehicle licensing laws and marital property laws, but if you have both yours and Mrs. Monger's name on a car title, or if it can be reasonably represented to be joint property, then SHE would have the right to the same information.
Of course, if your wife is using FOIA requests to track you, I'd question the sustainability of the whole damn premise of the relationship and suggest that you investigate marital property laws yourself. LOL. (Nothing sucks like being caught in divorce court w / your pants down, especially if we're talking about literal photographic evidence suggestive of the location of said trousers.)
On a vaguely related side note, I'm a country girl driving a borrowed car which belongs to someone with a LOT of free time and a nosy disposition (not malicious, just inquisitive.). How much is a cab from Brentwood to downtown, ballpark? I have a reasonably valid explanation for being in a hotel, but I don't have a good explanation for the few outcalls that I do. Is an economy rental cheaper than two cab trips?

I have often encountered UTRs who post on CL, I passed on any that wanted me to commit in writing, just too many unknowns to take a chance on someone like that. The pros will know the deal and lead you in the right direction without either party implicating themselves.
