STG was free, but now it charges a small fee per post for new accounts. Bedpage is $35 per post. Eros is 200 per post, I think. AdultSearch is 20/50 per post, it also requires you to pay $40 per month to another website. Craigslist depends on where you post. Those are the ones I am aware of.
