Yes, it matters, that's why it's being discussed. If a provider is threatening violence on customers because they called trying to get an appointment, the prospective customers should know. With the recent bust of a provider organization, that brings attention to other groups, and those doing crazy stuff like threatening customers, is going to get unwanted attention to themselves and the records they have of their customers.
