Looking at the Phoenix there are some options outside the immediate Providence boundaries.

I am familiar with one of those a bit north of Providence, the one more often reviewed on this website. I had visited on one occasion prior to the shut down and my experience was consistent with what this Board had reviewed. Okay, not great and rushed. So, prior to the shut down I never went back.

Now that options are sparse I have visited on a few occasions and it is a fair experience. Certainly not Sophia / 1021 style, but I have not encountered any price gouging as reported at other locations.

Like everywhere and everything YMMV, but some staffers are very skilled at body rub (Bonnie) whereas others are not skilled and going through the motions. I do find that like anything else. With encouragement some with work harder if they think you appreciate it. I'm talking just simple verbal encouragement like,"Gee, that feels great can you use more pressure".

I find the manager friendly.

So, it this is helpful to anyone. Good. I'd love to hear progress on the broader state of affairs, although I've read the references that CH might be returning to form. Hopefully the darkness with lift soon.

Its really too bad as my limited impression is that the staffers across the RI (and elsewhere) industry were consistently nice individuals and, in talking to them, many had similar impressions of their patrons. But I guess social standards are what they are.

Tried to go to NMS today after hearing that it was still open, but LE parked across the street made me too nervous to stop. Seeing as that Harmony and SP seem to be more FS establishments I'm thinking that I may have to venture farther from Prov to get my fix. If anyone has a good rec for a walk in (or easy appt) for R&T within driving distance, I'd certainly appreciate it (and will happily report back, of course).

This may be a waste of space, time and effort but I needed to say that I had a GREAT Spa experience today and it was not at the Pawtucket Spa's. Any trusted seniors are very welcome to PM for further details. Newbies, Regular members and Lurkers you will be ignored! Sorry but wayyyyyyy too many eyes out there.

I've found a couple decent BP options, but I do enjoy the massage part of the whole AMP scene. At least for half the time I'm there there's a personal touch and not a rush to get me out the door.

Afternoon gentlemen,

So I posted here a few months ago looking for some advice on where to hit. Thank you to those of you that PMed me with responses. Had a busy summer traveling north to Maine on days off, so the extra time / cash to venture south to Prov just wasn't available. Of course, now that I have some free time and have been checking recent threads, I'm seeing regular Providence guys heading to Mass. I thought the world was supposed to end in Dec 2012 fellas, not November! LEO is killing me here. Sonofabitch, this is BRUTAL!

So my plan was to head down for the day tomorrow (Saturday) and see what I could find. So yes, another Masshole here looking for advice from all of you loyal posters. No, I'm not a senior member, and I don't have 64498 posts. But, I have made fair contributions to the MA boards in case anyone is skeptical of my fishing for info.

Stopped by FE this afternoon but the lot was crowded and was told the wait was 1 hr. So I left. Headed to Harmony, which wasn't as seedy as other posts had led me to believe. Nothing looked new (including the masseuse) , but it was comparable to 1021 or the old DT. I saw Soo-jee, who has a few miles on her but was nice enough, and she enjoys herself. Had a good time, house and tip were per usual. Would repeat as a backup. At least at that time, was a lot less busy than FE.

Is Simple Pleasure Spa in Central Falls still open?

Went there for the first time in a while Friday afternoon. Didn't see Leo, but was not looking for unmarked cars if that is what they use. It seemed like business as usual as far as my experience went. New digs are nice and clean. I guess I give a cautious thumbs-up.

Senior members can PM me for details. Trying to establish some credibility. I won't even ask for info in return. I suspect I might have had the same as Muffy since the last sentence in his came up in conversations as well.

Saw trish not to long ago. She's older and she's near the casinos in ct but you will find her in prov. You can find her photo. It is a real pic but must be like 15 years old. She is about 20 pounds heavier and a lot older looking in person. Her massage skills are garbage and she likes to talk alot. She also does this weird scratching on your ass LOL. Nice lady and all but Paid for an hour but actually got barely 30 mins. Mentioned this to her but to no avail. Well that means no repeat business. Will not ad any more info on here. Since the Providence Pressure, FE was crowded, I took a short ride to harmony. Never had much luck there in the past but I needed a fix. Had June, she was nice but felt rushed, massage was fair, left happy. Everythings on the menu if you want to pay. Did the 60/80. Won't repeat unless desp. FE is a better choice.

As the Providence blackout was occuring a read of other State pages on the Board confirmed similar actions in other locales. One of these was Connecticut and a long time mainstay for the southern CT scene was affected for a while. As it had been on other occasions.

Watching reports indicated that they had reopened some time ago and their Board members were coaching discreet posting, just like elsewhere, so as not to invite undo attention.

This is a Star like place and I knew it well when I resided in CT. I had business in the area and refreshed my relationship there this week. Indeed the Board posts are accurate, same location, name, style and service. They really had been excellent when I lived there. Similar to what the Custom House style used to be in downtown Providence a few years back. My staffer was above average attractive, very pleasant and walked on my back. Which I like alot.

The other standards were as expected and in place. Only wrinkle was that I didn't fully review the local Board to realize that the house fee was $70, but the other components are Providence level.

Posters have referenced going to NYC or Montreal. Southern CT is closer.

With the talk of at least one possbile area SPA returning I decided not to rely on board gossip but do some recon myself last week.

First I drove past Lily Spa, looked rather erie all closed up and their empty parking lot was not a good sign, so moved on,

Drove past 725 Branch Ave, never been to this place so not sure if the neon 'open' sign in the window means the Erotic 'modelling' is open for service, maybe another member can comment on that, not my thing not really being a MP.

O / S is harder to determine from a driveby, but I wasn't going to risk trying to walk up to the third floor, the lot outside had only 1 car in it and probably was not a o / s customer,

With that I head on I93 to Pawtucket, not before pulling off to check on ABC. This was a easy driveby, neon sign in the window was still off, no one in the lot out front and no sign of any undercover cars in the gas station across the road neither.

So then swung by Harmony, it was open as others have already said and I didn't see any free place in it's lot to park so moved on was going to check on FarEast but after recent reviews of how busy the place is decided not to bother and just head home dejected instead.

So I didn't check out the sites of any former downtown AMPs or 1021 on this day, so by process of elimation maybe one of them have returned? Anyone care to share I'd be happy to have some good news.

They are still open and the construction is still ongoing, but not that hard to get to and a much better alternative to Harmony.

Thinking of visiting Pawtucket area for a little asian fix, wondering where I should go and hoping for a little help. Was a regular of a few of the Providence spas but with all the closings, boy do I miss them.

Anyway, have run a few seraches but for some reason not a lot of recent (last few years) shows up. Most searches show 2006 thru 2009 with a few 2010. Not sure whats going on. Any help much appreciated, pm if you'd prefer.

Stopped at FE for the first time. Had, I think her name was Donna? Fairly attractive girl. Seems like a great place, but a little too visible with the street parking. (Though, my favorite AMP was probably the least discreet of them when they were still operating. You know which one I mean.) Will likely repeat at some point, but unsure as I've been less inclined to stop in places were my car is out in the open, and they were quite busy (had to wait in their little living room type of room where mamasan probably hangs out for about 5 minutes, and then in a table room for about 10 while the table shower was being used.)

Oh, and while there I saw another walking down the hall with huge breasts. May have to repeat just to meet her. Anyone have an idea who I mean?

If one wants to visit Fe and has not been there before, is there other area one can park as not to be in their parking lot? I have seen MapQ views and see that it's close to a overhead bridge, but that's all you get.

Tap[/QUOTE]You can park around the corner on the one way street that borders RT 95 and then walk around to the door. Also I just don't like the feeling of walking out the front door and coming eye to eye with stopped traffic waiting for the traffic light, always seems like they are all staring at you as you take the "walk of shame". I wish they had a back entrance you could just walk out and over to the street along Rt 95, that would be WAY more discreet. I have completely given up on the FS Spa's now as they have gone downhill in service and time allowed, I've never been to Pleasant though so may give them a try at some point as I have heard they are not busy like the other two Pawfucket Spa's.

And go beyond the DD and park in front of a house, and walk back under the bridge to get there. Never used the parking lot, and I never had a problem leaving, but I am not local, so didn't mind being seen walking in the area. Just didn't want my car with out of state plates in the lot.

I haven't visited FE yet but aren't most of the cars in the lot with MA plates? From the indications of this and other boards I just got the idea that Massholes were the majority of the goers to this spa since it is right over the border. It might have changed now with the situation in Prov though.

Picked up a copy of the Providence Phoenix the other dayand. Saw only 3 ads for. AMPs. There were at least 6 ads for trannies. I thought I would see the day that transvestites would outnumber AMPs. This only ads to my winter depression. Only good point right now is Connecticut has some talent. Took the drive and had a great experience reminiscent of OS back in it's prime. Full hour service with a energenic fun young asian. Good hunting to all.

CH is open!

I called the number this evening and someone answered. I was shocked! I asked if they were opened and the person replied that they were. I then asked if Connie was there and made an appointment to see her.

I headed over, not entirely sure if it had all been my imagination. There was no OPEN sign and it looked closed except for the main door being lit. I went ahead, rang the door bell and Connie appeared to bring me inside.

Now, I last saw Connie in Jan of last year. She use to be one of my all time favorites. However, I started requesting Tina on a regular basis the last few times I went.

I don't know if it's been the recent three-month vacation, but she is bigger than I last remember her. I was excited to see her because for the last few months I was convinced I'd never see her again. But I think she's now well past her prime and will not be repeating with her.

It was totally dead inside. More of a creepy feeling, than an intimate feeling. And despite being literally the only one there, I was rushed in and out in 30 minutes.

I made a note of the main door on my way out and noticed the "walk-ins welcome" sign gone. I didn't ask, but I suspect that they are currently just doing appointment only and will only see you, if you've been many times before and they know you.

Was quoted $60/15 min or $100/30 min for entry. Once inside, $100 / he, $160 / BJ, $200 / FS on top of that.

They know they're the only gig in town with the AMPs down, and they're taking advantage of it.
