Around here, honestly, everyone wants a tip. But if you do an independent, and get the basic program, I feel no tip is needed. If it is above your expectations, a tip can be given. Maybe 20. If good extras are given, then you should tip accordingly. AMPs are wanting more than 40 often around here.
