I thought I'd share some of my favorite providers. I used to use rubmd so I don't have links but let me know and I'll tell you if it's the same one.

Face and body, Tracey wins. The girls is stunning, has beautiful tan skin and perfect hip to ass ratio. The downside is she is pretty pricey and when I saw her the menu was limited.
