There is nothing wrong with a little egg on our face from time to time in poor decision making or even develop a different opinion on a service provider down the road because situations and circumstances change. But to out right deny or distort facts that were posted now becomes a credibility issue and undermines what reviews should be based on, clear and accurate information in the very least.

When mistakes occur we should be able to set aside our ego and allow ourselves and others to learn from them, but if we choose to defend said actions by providing distorted information it does nothing but undermine these reviews and brings to question our credibility.

We are all GREEN at one point but let's not continue to make Rookie mistakes when we are seasoned players, and if we do, take accountability for our actions and use it as a teaching moment for others. Let's end the cycle of nourishing these parasite bottom feeders by NOT sending them cash when there are NO services provided.
