A professional photo stands out quality-wise and that's a bigger indicator to me. The odds of someone 'new' too BP or CL having professional model-style loungerie glamor photos (a pfessional photo shoot is going to cost several hundred to a thousand dollars are more) fpr including in an ad isn't very likely. Can happen sure, just not very high odds.
