Hi fellows, I was reading an article about a guy in Sweden charged with Rape after he busted a nut inside a girl without her permission (the sexual act was admitted as consensual).
I was wondering: how about USA? Can a girl sue any of us if we cip without her permission? How could she prove, she didn't take the content of the condom and just poured it in?

First, there's no "how about the USA", because rape isn't a Federal crime; it's prosecuted at the State level. In Georgia, rape is specifically about penetration without consent, so at least statutorily, no, blasting a load into a vagina during consensual sex isn't rape.
But of course, life is never that easy.
She COULD apply for a an arrest warrant from the County magistrate court for rape. Any woman could do this at any time. And you would be subpoenaed to appear to contest the warrant (it's rare for a victim-sourced warrant to be summarily served, unless there's corroborating evidence like you might have in fraud cases; I've had a business partner arrested for embezzlement in the past, and it was summarily served because I presented evidence). Then you'd hash it out with the judge and warrant applicant (the hoe) where you'd explain that it was consensual sex but things got carried away and you came inside her. Pretty awkward! The judge would then rule on whether it was rape or not; if so, they'd March your ass right to jail!
Of course, the probability of some semiliterate hood rat going through a warrant application process is, er, minimal.

That would definitely lower the risk, and I just don't understand why people don't get tested often and show their papers. Like I can kinda understand why (slows down everything) , but it's not necessarily impossible.
