Might be a Controversial Take.
And if it plays out like warren ohio, there will be no charges in exchange for the tens of thousands of dollars the cops confiscated.
This might be a controversial take, but this is the reason why we should just legalize and decriminalize sex work. All it does it take money from consenting adults and gives it straight to the cops so they can buy more guns and armored cars for their precinct. There's so many positives for making sex work legal and yet, it'll never happen. As a somewhat related side note, I wonder what other places got popped as part of their operation.
Scratch that; just found the report. Here's the places that got raided:
• Seven Day Spa - 289 Southbound Gratiot, Mt. Clemens, MI
• Miracle Massage - 31044 Utica Rd, Fraser, MI
• Day Spa Asian Massage - 46697 Van Dyke, Shelby Township, MI
• Seven Mile Spa - 28917 West 7 Mile, Livonia, MI
• Bodyworks Massage - 9138 Middlebelt, Livonia, MI
