I can see how someone has that perspective, but I feel like there is a market for every price point on SA. It's all subjective. Let's all dial it back on price. Prices will vary by your age, race, looks, weight, nationally, how desperate they are at that given moment etc. I am not in my early 30's like some guys on there that should not be paying at all. I would never do 400 as a reference point; I'm just offering a perspective. I'm happy to walk away when the price isn't right for me (though in the first few months 4-5 years ago I certainly chased a bit).
