Wean your self off windows
I got an update on my computer about a week ago and now I can't access SA among other sites and knowing that Windows 11 is fast approaching it is only going to get worse. A few years back I updated from Windows 7, which ran just fine, to Windows 10 and my computer hopelessly locked up. I had to buy a new computer with Windows 10 preloaded and learned that my printer wasn't compatible with it and had to buy a new one to replace it. The "free" download for Windows 10 wound up costing me several hundred dollars and I'm not looking forward to that happening again. But, alas, I digress.
LtB.
I hear this all the time. People do not realize Linux Mint is as easy to sue as Windows. Try loading it so your machine will dual boot (they give easy to follow instructions). You stil may need windows for a few things but most things work better in Linux. Incest some time to learn the alternative. All the software is free.
