Cactus, from my experience Rochester fuzz is about the same as Troy when it comes to being bored and busting up illegal activity. However, just as with all places, visiting AMP's comes with it's (albeit very small) amount of risk. With any new place I visit, I always drive past the area first a time or two just in case Uncle LEO isn't snooping around, park at a nearby building not directly in front of the joint (if I can avoid it) , keep my head down and walk in.
