Send an email and complain to the cheap ass management of the building for costing you time. Even though I was annoyed with the booker asking me to try the callbox again for the nth time, I never expressed anger or tried to antagonize them. I just told them the door wouldn't open and I would try to make another appointment for another time. That was when they finally sent a girl to open the gate manually. My frustration with the booker was that she kept asking me to redial the entrance code multiple times even after I explained that it wasn't working.
