I enter the login information and it pops to a message that I have entered the wrong information. It says to try again in 15 minutes. It never works 15 minutes later. It usually takes a day or two. Her photo is out there the internet and I recall she has a big ole' nose LOL. And the person who posted the review (or someone else who had seen her before) noted she was a bit bias / racist when taking about a certain group of people of the darker skin.
