With the rise of Cardi B and OF, sex work is more mainstream now than ever and plenty of women want to give it a try. If you have a friend who is escorting, it's really easy to hop in to the same agency and see how it goes. They aren't switching agencies or going independent because they are deciding this isn't for them and they aren't escorting anymore. Or they are just in town for a while and then are moving on to another city. There is still a ton of turnover on their roster, so it's not like they are retaining all of their talent in some magical way.

His girlfriend recruits with him also and likely is the one that approaches the girls because no way him would be able to get that many young hot girls.
