And there is a reason you might have to sit in the waiting room at RS in Belvidere. Its all about customer service.
I have found once you find a really good provider and they know you. There is no haggling. A HJ can only be so good. Once you find one of these Celestials that knows how to handle your equipment, stick with her.
Don't take chances on getting granny or some pork chop. Make sure you know your girl is working. Learn her schedule, get her number for texting. If you can't get that info, dump them.

My experience with AMPs, and I have been to most of them, is that they usually have one girl who is in charge or the only girl on duty. It seems the oldest. Not enough girls to need a classic mamasan. The good looking or young ones can occasionally be found at any of the AMPs. It is just the luck of the draw.

Anything about this place yet?

Busy is a a good sign. Still some of the ones I like are always dead and I get great service.
Question. When is the best time to go to an AMP? When they open up in the morning, 1st customer (if find I get good service). Or last man out of the day (closed sign is up, rules relaxed and they want to score one last good tip).
Lunch hour can be busy. First of the month with social security checks issued. I found that some holidays like 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor day, New years day they are dead and eager to work.

However they must all do their best to work within the law. Some are very strict and some are more relaxed on their rules.
Most of the therapists are ok providing a manual release and consider it part of their job. This is one step above your typical sterile dull massage you might get at Massage Envy.
Going beyond a manual release is where things get sketchy. A solo provider only answers to herself. In the spa setting she must answer to the mamasan and owner and they do not want to mess up there little cash cow. These shops can turn a small cash flow even with minimal business. Plus I'm sure the owner has other enterprises they need to launder cash and the spa is a good vehicle for that.
