I may not get taken seriously on this, but I really would love to hear the results.

How many Johns, lets say in the last 5 years, have been busted by LE in the Balt. Region? This could include self or someone you personally know. Not interested in what you read in the Balt. Sun, because you don't know if that john was smart or an idiot. Also I am talking about SW, not escorts or CL, that is a whole different game.

Obviously we all know, and have had, SWs that spent time in the penn. On a daily basis they have to place themselves in risky situations to do what they do. Even the most experienced run high risk of being picked up by LE.

Yet here is the premise of my question: I have the philosophy that if a john follows all of the basic mongering rules, has his wits about him in keeping his eyes out for LE and is just not plain stupid, while it is still possible, it is extremely difficult for LE to catch johns.

If you think I am an idiot and naive. Say so. You think I am pretty accurate. Say so. I really want to know how solid my philosophy is, and I can not think of a better group to ask!

If they were out there for an hour without a pickup, they are either, bad at what they do, rip-off artists, civilians, or damn ugly. A good sws feet only touch the ground a few minutes at a time. A cop would have made an arrest or stop in that time. They could have been looking for a pickup together which chases most mongers off. Don't pack two SWs in your car unless you can control them. It's a fucking head ache. Two minds working together to part you of your money is always worst than one. Leave that two on one thing to the porn stars. I did not see anything I could recognize as LE, however, I had a string suspicion something was going on. My finely calibrated LE detection system (brain, common sense, intuition, etc) told me to leave the area.
I have to say there is a rise in ULE presence; there are times where ULE are using marked cars. WTF? Gathering info from the SW's, there was yet another person shot. It is just uncharacteristically too much LE around. It's not the end of the month. Something else must be going on. Any ideas?

Totally unrelated, a pedestrian was struck by a school bus on Tuesday afternoon. Yes, it was a yellow school bus.

I think that's good advice, but would add that if the SW looks real good; there's a very good chance it isn't. Pass it up.
