It's certainly worth a try to ask for her phone number and/or offer her your number. However, don't be disappointed if the "we go beach or clubs" never quite seems to happen (or instead becomes "we go shopping," with the implication that you will be spending money). Some providers pretend to have a personal interest in a customer if they think that may be good for business. If you give her your phone number, don't be surprised if she calls to encourage you to come to her workplace, rather than to go out with you to beaches and nightclubs. On the other hand, perhaps she actually does have a personal interest in you and the two of you may become real friends.

Even if a provider doesn't go out with you, having her phone number (and/or her having your phone number) can be useful if she moves to another relaxation place or becomes a freelancer.

By the way, if you do give a relatively unknown provider a phone number, you might want to use a prepaid cellphone.

Assuming for the sake of discussion that this actually happened, it may have been an intentional plan. An experienced provider has a customer who is relatively unfamiliar with the Honolulu scene, allows him to have bareback sex, then pretends to be surprised when he ejaculates inside her, and demands a large tip. That scenario (assuming that it really occurred) could have been planned by the provider from the beginning as a way to receive a big tip.
