The Budget Inn on Dixie just south of 6th Ave S has decent hourly.

Also Lisa Motel on Federal also south of 6th Ave S does hourly and has really nice hourly rooms. If you call they will pretend they don't know what you are talking about but if you go there you will get a really nice hourly room for 40 and is much nicer than a regular room there.
