Sadly, this is the reality up here. 99% of places just have old, unattractive Asian women. It was better many, many years ago before the big crackdowns. For one, I called the number, set an appointment, and the lady let me in when I knocked.
I'm pretty sure the number I called was for the lady and not the actual salon.
For the second, it was listed as closed and even looked closed from the outside, but you just had to walk up, knock, and they would let you in.
I'm assuming they had some camera, but I didn't look around for it.
