Another Question: Pre-paid Phones

I was thinking of buying a pre-paid phone. A phone would cost from $10 and up. Plus the minutes. Does anyone have one of these? Do you think this type of phone can be traced to you? I heard these phones can be purchased with cash and so can the minutes. Which phone/plan are you happy with?

The problem is you are takin in by her LooKs, and she knows it. You think for a minute all her life she has not been told how Beautiful she is and now has learned to manipulate men and their money, into getting what she want to give you, instead of getting what you want for your money.
I saw in Words post, that he stated that some Mongers just can't be taught. No matter what advice is told, and what is said, some folks just can't learn.
Don't be one of those? If there is a woman out there selling services like she is then let her go BROKE, with no clients.
It is your MONEY, and she really does near you MORE than YOU NEAR HER.
She is a Cutie, but nothing is worth her price for nothing. That BullCrap massage she is offering is just that. If she ain't doing extra services at a reasonable price, then tell her to "Take her Job/Service and Shove It. "
Lastly if you are looking to get a pre-paid phone it will be worth it for arranging dates. Get one, listen to the other post as to the one you get the best bargain for. I have and use one, and I put a $10 card on it. Not many minutes and it gets used up after about 1-1. 5 months.

I got mine from one of those corner stores in OTR/WE.
Save your money and get your MONEY'S WORTH, from these SW out there. Uncle Simon will be releasing some people from county lockup, and there should be a few more SW's out on the streets. Once released, it will take a few days for them to get back to the streets, so look for them about 7-10 days after being released.
Monday and Tuesday were very GooD days due to the weather. The warm days, and being at the right spot at the right time, got me an overload of girls out looking. I took, they too, k full advantage of the warm weather. Today Too!

ORT Report: Close to, but not zero
Took several tours of my cruise route of OTR on Sat afternoon (around 2:00 and around 4:00), and saw precious little action, including minimal LE. I am attaching a couple of pictures of the EMPTY streets... But on the last circle, saw two candidates:
1) a weighty WSW with hair pulled tightly back near the firehouse. She waved at me, but not my type.
2) A dark haired WSW spinner not too far from the McM church. I am sure I have seen her before, but did not immediately know her identity. She looked dangerously worn down, and my paranoia about being ripped off kept me from circling back. However, with more time to spend, I might have checked her out.
Bottom line is that OTR is very sparse these days, but not zero. If you are looking for budget adventures and have time to rigorously follow the rules for safe mongering*, I'll bet you could have yourself a little fun. If anyone tests these waters, let us know. (Or if your FRIEND tests the waters, and tells you about it... tell us HIS story.)
Besides the pix of empty streets, I am including two pix of SWs never posted before. One from last summer ("hydrant", a masterpiece, if I do say so myself), and hoody, taken recently, but she ducked into a hallway before exploration could occur.

Another Report on OTR & Other News

I haven't stop checking out areas for SWs and have seen mostly familiar faces maybe a couple of new ones. Just about all the SWs that are out in OTR, I have no interest in hooking up with. They look worn out and just plain desperate while flagging you down for them to be picked up.
During the holidays I did hooked up with a decent SW. She's a familiar face and I've had her excellent service several times before over the last couple years. Jasmine is back. Dark hair petite built girl that hangs out mostly on McMicken. We got together and had a good time. We talked and discussed what been going on in OTR recently. According to Jasmine, most of the girls are still in jail, which I can confirm by checking the Hamilton County web site, and a lot of the girls that had gotten out are cleaned up and no longer back on the streets. I got a sense that OTR isn't going to be like old times anymore.
Other areas like LPH has about two girls you can find at times and they're both are the Sherry girls. Both are looking burned out in their faces from all the meth, crack and heroin they're doing. Nether appeal to me and frankly I'm believing reports from others that they could be HIV. Too many other girls had told me this about a year ago and these girls telling me didn't have an ax to grind toward the Sherry girls. I've stopped seeing them a over year ago but talk to one now and then and she looks bad. Teeth are black and thin body face is gaunt. Grim reaper looks.
Some action in UPH by the kroger's on Warsaw Ave. Again they look hard core and I've not tried them. Anyone had luck in this area? I've included a pic of one of three I've seen in this area.
Giani, I've seen "hydrant girl" just a couple days ago. She looked healthier and had added some weight. She looked better than your classic pic.
Overall, OTR had several bust going when ever I had drove through the area. Pics below shows. The one at night time on McMicken is hard to see but their were 6 cruiser parked near the one with flashing lights. What this means is dealers are being cleaned out and so are the girls.
Also just this week someone was shot at the corner of Elm and Henry St. Which brings too much LE attention to one of the last hold outs where SW's are still hanging out. During the holidays I've seen a cruiser parked on Dunlap St. between Henry and Findlay and the cruiser was parked way up on the side walk area. Just sitting there and waiting. So be careful at that area. Lately LE has been in this area on Elm quite of bit when I drive through.
Last, all the reports and query about escorts on CL and pricing, stay away from Craigslist in Cincinnati!!!
There has been lots of reports about girls from "Best shows" who are ripping off guys left and right. Lots of flagging on rip-off reports and on other providers attacking back with bad reports. It is a real war going on there so who do you believe?!!! Someone has even posted where the "Best Shows" address is in Covington with phone numbers. Also Two girls from the Tri-county area are having guys come over while their little kids are home. Bad scene and don't bother with Craigslist. Stick with the girls with their own web sites if you want to go that route otherwise you can get in a real mess with the scammers out there.
I'll have more to say about the escort scene later.

Sherry girls? Maybe frequenters of Lower Price HIll know them? I'll tolerate crack and even a little meth, but steer clear of any SWs using the needle. HIV is probable in those users.

Henry St (a little side street between Race and Elm) has been a hot spot for a while. A friend of mine was stopped on Henry St when LE spotted a known SW in his car. Hassled them, no arrest but threatened arrest "next time." I have attached two pictures:
1) looking N on Elm at Henry, and 2) looking E on Henry.

Dweezil answered many of your questions quite well, but here is my take...
The easy answer is RTFF ("Read The Friendly(?) Forum" or something like that...) I become embarassed to reprint my 13 rules so many times. The Senior members may roll their eyes... Here is a link to the rules--please read and understand all of them carefully for your own protection (and so that you don't embarass yourself to ask a question already answered):

In particular, look at the 13 rules numbers 2) through 5). To spell out details, the questions you should ask as you cruise should be
1) is she alone in a likely neighborhood?
2) is she actively making friendly eye contact? (No frantic waving)
3) when you give a slight nod, does she respond positively?
4) when you pull around the corner to a relatively unexposed spot (and turn off your lights, foot off the brake), does she non-nonchalantly come up to the car?
5) When, with your locked door but 1/3rd open window, you ask if she needs a ride, she immediately says yes.
6) when you unlock your door, she immediately gets in... Then continue with the rules below.
Do NOT pursue any female who does not do ALL the previous. Either you called the shot wrong (she may be VERY pissed) or you are nibbling on a sting...)
Here are the specific rules which answer your question:
2) Be VERY cautious if the "SW" on the street looks TOO good i.e., in MOST US cities, SWs do not dress in stilettos, leopard prints, or other obvious hooker outfits. It smells of a sting. I cannot repeat enough: Caution is the watchword. Tell little head to be quiet until after big head approves.
3) Do not call attention to yourself by making a show out of the stop (no U turns, no flagrant traffic moves). Catch her eye (she will be looking) and pull around the corner onto the next side street and let her come to you. (Do not keep your foot on the brake.) Alternatively, having caught her eye, go smoothly around the block, looking for LE.
4) When you pull up to her or she comes up to you (have the door locked), be willing to drive away if your close up impression of her through the window is not good. (Sores, too thin, wired, dirty & stinky, sullen or "dead" eyes? SWs are NEVER as good as your first impression driving by...) Tell her you thought she was someone else.
5) Ask her if she needs a ride. She should immediately say "Yes" and hop right into the car. Do NOT negotiate through the window. The monger's first test for LE: stinging decoys will NOT get into the car. However, a caution, difficult to guard against: busted SWs, in order to stay out of jail, may be forced to serve as decoys. They MIGHT get into your car. But, if you refrain from discussing business until you are out of the neighborhood and make certain you are not being tailed, you should be OK.
If she insists on negotiating through the window, tell her you thought she was someone else, a friend, and split. Watch out for tailing LE.

If At All Possible: Never In Your Car!
This should be rule number one or in the top ten. Whether you are parked, riding. Or anything, avoid doing anything in your car.
Now I might finger some SW's I know with a Condom on my two fingers while we are driving, until we get to a spot, but once there it is out and away from the car. So the car is a none factor, other than giving someone a ride.
During the Cold weather it is tempting to use the car, because it is warm and safe, but if possible avoid it. It is a good way to have the LE ride right up on you. They love to wait until the two of you are in the back seat or reclining front seat, and are deeply into it. Then what do you say? You can't call her your girlfriend, and few other excuses will do.
If you must, please keep your foot off the brakes, turn all your lights out, and remember the inside lights come on everytime the door is opened, and turn your radio off, and keep the inside noise low, so you can hear everything.
You will need to find an outside spot, or a room you can pay 5-10 bucks to use for 30 minutes. The SW's know of these places, but you will have to know an SW you can trust enough to go to one. There are plenty of them, and run by some of the most unlikely individuals you'd ever want to meet. People you would be totally shocked by, and others you would think, that it goes hand in hand with them.
Add to this, avoid parking down a No Outlet street. I just saw the cops had someone trapped down one the other day. I think it had more to do with drugs than an SW, but I did see a girl with him at the car. One way in, one way out!
Stop at any Service Station and get you a hand full of paper towels, or go to the Dollar Store and buy a roll for a buck. It is a very handy item to have around, for everything. Nobody questions those in a car.
The girls on the streets now are few and far between, but you have to take all the inform you have over the last Spring, Summer, and Fall, and put it together. It will get results. Let people around the SW see you, and they then know you are not LE. They will often tell other SW's that I saw this dude with So-n-So. She came back okay, so he might be okay.
If a girl won't get out of your car, and you have the balls, then drive right over to District One, and get on your cell phone. Once you are headed to the Police Station they will change their minds then. Even if you just drive there, they will back off, and get out. They can't chance it either!
It has worked for me more than a few times.
I just found one of my old SW friends and we did it outside. This was not problem for either of us, and the cold was rather thrilling. It was quick, but exciting. We have both done it in the cold air before, over the years.
She likes the cold more than me, but taking too long in the cold, and the thrill is gone!

A friend of mine had some time on his hands tonight so he ran through the usual haunts. Every time he does this he thinks its his responsibility to call me up and give me the blow by blow (did I really just say that???) details.
OTR early (around 9:30pm), dead on dead. There were hardly even any cars on the road let alone people on the street. LPH same. UPH same. Ran out through Covington and hardly saw a soul on the street, let alone any providers. There were, surprisingly, several LE cars sitting on side streets off Madison with engines running. Not sure what they were waiting for and in the dark, he said it was hard to see if they were just sittin' around eatin' donuts.
I guess he ran back through OTR on his way outta downtown around 10:45pm and crossed paths with some blonde WSW (but he said she might have been a redhead). Had a weird southern drawl, maybe a little stoned, and she looked like she was wearing pajama bottoms. Had to be cold on a night like tonight. She gave him this big speech about being sure he was LE and it sounds like she did the worst imatation of an LE check ever. All she kept saying was "what do you want and what are you going to pay" from the moment she got in the car. When they finally got reasonable and talked a little business, she wanted the green up front. My friend, gotta admire the guy (and I do), said he doesn't do business that way. She said she doesn't do business any other way. They were about 7-8 blocks away from pick up at this point and he just pulled over and told her to get out. He was thinking she needed a hit more than he wanted a BJ. He expected her to change mind and work before pay but it wasn't in the cards. She just said fine and hopped out.
Business must be good that she can take a pass, especially on a night like tonight. My friend laughed a little about it saying she probably wouldn't even see another car on the walk back to Findlay Market since nobody was out.
Morale of the story - it's always better to pay for performance than to pay for promises and sometimes, it's better to not pay at all.
Anyway, that was the cold monger's story tonight. Maybe when it warms up (to like 20 F), he'll find more life around.

Several times I have posted about girls with fully dilated pupils, and I still find them hot. From ancient times, dilated pupils have been an indication of interest and availability. These days, they may indicate speed or maybe cocaine.

Livelinks. Tried it. Mostly women wanting BF's. Some wanted more. I had two callers. One stated she was a stripper at Deja Vu and wanted 'adult fun'. She was said she had a driver. Well I called Deja Vu and nobody ever heard of her and the driver thing stinks. Passed.
Second caller. Gave me her number. Asked to meet at night. Told me she would be ready in 15 minutes. 45 mins later she called and said she ran out of gas and wanted me to pick her up on the highway. It was 20 degrees out so I did. I got the gas first. That date took 2 hours when I told others I'd be home in 45 mins.
I made other mistakes. She mentioned cash too often and the other C word. Over the phone. I should have darted but figured with all the calls I made to her that she was legit. She was.
Moral of the story. Ask least for me is skip LL's. With the price of the minutes for LL's and the phone minutes plus the date, I would have been a lot better off using my $ for other pursuits.
