If anything were to try to come back in Clayton county, I believe it would be much less visible, i.e. not near any of the other ones and certainly not on the main road (Hwy 19/41)
Most likely was the landlord trying to get it fixed up and reconfigured to rent it out.

Tower Spa is walkable from Peachtree St. (the main drag) in Midtown. RTFF for reviews.
Gold and Fuji Spas are a very long walk from Midtown or a little farther north. Again, RTFF.

I and many other posters have stated many many times that tower is a waste of time and money.... they are the only spa close to the downtown hotels so they have a never ending supply of of desperate business travelers and convention goers... they can and do charge what ever they feel they can get and the service sucks...

Well...I did try to account for the conversion. €50 is (currently) about $75.
At some places near the Netherland border it's €50 for 30 minutes...and only €25 for each 30 minute extension. So thats $110 an hour...with DFK, BBBJ, and (covered) FS being pretty standard. A good deal even though at inflated exchange rates. First time I went to Planet Happy Garden the Euro was only worth 80 cents...and an hour with an 8 or even (true) 9 level girl was only $80!

I saw this place the other day. I live in North Dekalb and travel through here all the time, so I can tell you that this spa was not there until recently.
Be careful, the Doraville PD station is 3 blocks south. Doraville is very small but is well policed since it has its own force even though Dekalb PD also has jurisdiction.

There is only a single lane driveway on the right side of the house. Next to that is a used car dealer. Across the street is a gravel parking lot that I guess could be used during the evening, but it almost looks like it is used for the car dealer. I'm tempted, but it also is very close to a client, so I'm going to pass at the moment until someone TFOTT and tells me its good enough that I need to go.

ok so being that I am searching for a spa that can match the greatness of the legendary Holiday SPA i ventured out to The "Oriental SPA" in question..
REVIEW:
Same old same old... Let me put it like this if you have been to spring SPA or tower SPA then you know what to expect
1. Mama san was cool, 40 half 60 hour, 30 something cute asian girl maybe an 8
2. Attitude mechanical and fake you can tell she has done this thousands of times
3. Shower was OK but clinical not sensual at all
4, Massage was a non sensual rub for 10 mins
5. Flip wants 160 for FS attitude is mechanical and disconnected so I offer $100 she say hell no!...LOL
