I'd also read about how GirlsDoPorn got their "actresses" by posting fake ads for modeling on craigslist. So I basically just copied that, posting an ad for 'erotic glamour' models to send me their portfolios. Got four or five over a few days, to my surprise. Even for me, this felt a bit scumbag-ish, and SA was easy back then. So I never replied to any of them. Most were plain looking, but there was one that was a good looking 20-something who had a nice portfolio on Model Mayhem.
So I decided to give SA one last shot. But this board is ruined for us. I wrote a program that imports SA user accounts and puts it into an easy to use souped-up spreadsheet (Airtable). I only imported a 1,000 accounts, because it is tedious and I did it semi-manually. But I can update it to pull all the info every xyz minutes. The advantage here is that reports are linked to real SA accounts, and everything is filterable / searchable / groupable / linkable. It's 10 x better than SA's search interface.
But that's not the real point. The real point is getting off a board where we can be outed for sharing information. I'm giving JRedmond access to all the data that I already put in there. I trust him due to our PM messaging. If he gives the thumbs up, we'll go from there to figuring out how to give access to trusted producers of solid info. And yeah, of course it is free. Unlike the other board, which I refuse to give money to out of principle. The only thing that matters to me is taking SA back from the rinsers, and reviews back from white-knights. Crossing my fingers that I'm not the only one who feels the same.
