A'd like to first of all thank everyone here for their help. Especially Hollywoodguy for his playbook and PM encouragement. I registered for the site and set up some private pictures of me to shre with folks I hit up with. These are my pictures and someone who sees them could recognize me in public. These pictures are not searchable online. Not on LI, FB, etc. I only shared them with serious prospects. I find now that most girls don't care. In fact sometimes they ask for a pic after we have been corresponding for a few days and I remind them they already have access. They are getting hit up by a lot of guys and they really are not sorting us by looks as we are them.
First up, I used hollwood guy's suggestion of saved searches. I actually did a 30 min radius around my house and my work and found cities that would work for me with a 10 mile radius which wouldn't overlap with my "home" bases. In these citie, I did a search for 18-23 yr old girls who are slim or athletic and have minimal or negotiable expectations. And I used "unviewed" each time I logged in so I pretty much have a deterministic search algorithm.
Next up I used Hollywoodguy's playbook but I really modified it. He is quite verbose and many girls do a lot of texting. I used the same concepts and some nice turn of phrases. This is a volume game. You do have to customize each message to a girl and say something personal but after that it is pretty generic. I lucked out that the first girl I had a marathon email exchange with according to the playbook and she just dumped me at the end when she wanted 400 and I offered 100. However, this gave me my own version of the playbook and I since then just used modified versions of it.
I contacted / was contacted by 55 girls. About 18 of them led to more contact. Of those. Perhaps 12 led to substantial communications. Of those 4-5 broke down over financial or intimacy expectations. After a few tries, I upped my offer from $100 to $150-200. Of the rest - 3 are ready to go with defined pricing (100,150,200), 1 is scheduled for a M&G (200), 2 are MILFs who contatced me and 1 is pretty ready to go. I have put her off for now.
This takes a lot of time. I exchanged 10's of emails with many of these 12 prospects. In addition, with some of the top prospects I exchanged 50-70 texts and had a 30 minute call with one girl (thankfully she did not email or text too much). I encountered a lot of dead ends and flakiness. In all I estimate I spent 15-20 hours on this in 10 days. I estimate that I could save some of this time going forward since I do have my own streamlined template now, Plus, if I can develop 2-3 of these potentials, I can be picky about who I pursue going forward.

Cliff's notes: girl sends me nude photos, wants me to buy her things without having met first, I go cold and block her number. I get texts from various virtual numbers (did reverse search) claiming I will be charged for child pornography. Another claims the client is searching reimbursement for trauma. Just a bunch of bs from many SoCal area codes (760,818, 909,805) using virtual numbers.
My first mistake was giving out my real phone number.
Be careful and think with the big head!

I just checked my stats for the year. So far I made 132 trips to the FC (16.5 trips per month) for $1.6 per visit on average. And a lot of those visits were for a $ which is the only way I can bonus my regulars and still come out OK. This includes all meals, party favors, ubers, etc. (and all failed M&G's as well). I can also see that about 5% of my total budget went to failed M&G's this year, which is also the same as last year. That's a number I can live with. So overall not as low as I would like, but not unreasonable either.
Last year I averaged 21.5 trips to the FC per month at $.6 per visit. So I am saving money but only due to cutting back on my dating which was due to multiple health issues and a bad first half at work.
