I actually had a pleasant visit with this young lady. I am not a huge fan of the location as it has the reputation we all know, but I know where to park and where to walk. She was super easy to talk to both in text and in person. For me the first time always is a bit awkward, you never know what you are going to get. I think the initial greeting sets the tone, and I always appreciate a nice hug like the one I got from her.
