Hi you are right. Timing has it all. I have seen and had some luck early in the morning like 8 or 9 am. However for the last few months its been slow everywhere. . I cruised on home sat late afternoon and on 82 there was nothing Sandy had nothing and the NW behind FM and the church was empty. Who knows where they all could be hiding. CL has not been that active. I tend to like to see some fresh girls on the streets. Oh well Things are bound to change sometime soon

Any one been to the Paris theatre. The jefferson has too much creap factor. Too many Guys pulling their pud while my girl and I tried to have a great time.

I might take a SW to the Paris to check it out. Seems like I heard they have private areas and it might be better then a no tell motel, cheaper also

I have been to the paris once, saw 3 couples area. Kinda sorta playing, nuthin to write home about. Ypou can get a combo ticket for both. Hit me up next time you and the girl friend are looking for an audiance, I LOVE to watch.

Seems that most couples will find 1 or the other more to there liking, then things will settle down. I know of no private areas at the paris, other than the couples section, which can be seen from all over the theater.

Quickie. Was on 82 today at 2:20 two SWS out. One older and larger than I would ever think about getting. Cute face but big butt.

Another girl tall girl was hot. Wish I had time to go get. Definately working. Tall white top flip flops and jeans. Great face and chest. Slightly wider in the hips but very worth stopping for

Can't understand why you guys don't stop for a ph#. It's always great to have a ph of a hot SW when you are cruising. It's very satisfying to know that there is good SW available when the action is dead.

Hi Safety is always in mind. I like to see a girl twice or so before picking her up. Heavy LE is on now. Hince the absence of SW's that is usually the only way they are gone. I do make contact and get a number as its sometimes safer that way. then you can chat and make arrangements to meet somewhere. My work often has me busy where I can make a quick trip by but not time to stop. At least I like doing the proverbial shopping , In Europe its called Window shopping.

Portland does not seem to risky since they don't have a civil "intent to solicit" law I believe. Portland does have that cruising law..Does anyone have a link to statute or the code #..??

Hi you can get an exclusion to not be in any area where the known people hand out. They can also bust you for solicitation and all sorts of things. mostly they are after the SW's they tend to leave the Johns alone. That is good . but the untrusting nature of the cops is amaizing. Also the powers to observe and know what someone is doing . They are very people perceptive..

Make a pass and get the hell out of dodge.

They also like to watch a known SW get into a car and follow the car and pull it over other places and see what is transpiring... gotta watch for tails also

Was out at 10 30 pm. not normal for me to be out at night. made a couple of passes on 82. No LE in sight. Lots of actions 3 Usws. two hotties. turned around to make contact. Someone beat me to them. oh well. was not ment to be. at 11:00 however its like everyone dissappeared. They were all gone. I wonder who flipped the switch.

There seemed to be a few newer looking ones. both tall and on the skinner side. I will keep an eye out.

The ladies were back out by 11:30. Preatty much The same as what AMP saw, 2 Usw, and a couple of nicer looking ones right around Mc D's & Wash.

There were a couple on Sandy past 102nd but really tweaking hard. LE was out but didn't seem to be overly aggressive.

In general, PDX is getting weak, Beaverton, Aloha and Hillsboro (Baseline) are getting hotter, the Latina group with some W and B SW are builting momentum, especially around the transit place in Beaverton on Canyon Road. I went cruising around East Burnside Sunday around 7PM, and there was quite a smorgasbord out. Once around on Ankeny there were no fewer than 4 ladies out within about 5 blocks. I came around the block and two were being picked up. There was no LE presence out anywhere in the area that I could see at that time.

The lady I picked was a lass who picked "Mary" for a name when I pressed her for one. There were no odors, but did look like she had been sleeping outside and needed a bath. Hair was colored blond (out of a bottle) and she was really skinny. (But, as a side note, had the longest nipples I ever met.) Was all in denim pants and a sweatshirt.

We went to an out of the way place, and she was kind of tweaking, but I went through with it. I offered .3 and said something like "I've never been turned down for that amount. She not only said fine, she was prepared to go FS for that! I considered it for a sec, then figuring since it was daylight, I was in a car, and I wasn't really sure of her hygiene, that I would stick to the CBJ (I don't often do BB). She was happy, did her thing, and I dropped her back out there. (I did ask if she did things for less, and her answer was along the lines of "usually". Oh well.

Lotsa ladies and few mongers seemed to be the rules for this weekend.

Picked up Hope out front of the Republic Cafe. About a 5 on the SW scale, 5'7" or so, around 160 pounds and she is deaf. Very long story short, we got to my room and gave her .2 for a BJ and she started the deed. Not even 30 seconds into it she jumps up to use the bathroom. She came out of the bathroom and said she was so very insulted. Said she flushed the money because she was so upset. She said (because of the fancy hotel my employer booked me) that I owed her more than .2. I told her that was all I had and to get out. I went out later and followed her around for an hour or so to make sure she missed more than .2 worth of business.

So avoid Hope, unless you get the job done first. I'm still new at this so I'm still too trusting.

So Hope is still out there in the wilds of Oldtown, I see. I have taken her out for a couple of car dates over the years, and it all went pretty cool, but I can see how on any given day YMMV. There have been both good and so-so reviews of her in the past.

In general, we want to remember what our motivation for being out there is (some service), and we also need to remember what the SW's motivation is for being out there (getting enough $ in her pocket, as quickly as possible, to get through the day). You want to make your needs clearly known, but I've sometimes found that making sure her needs are also being met will often result in a better experience. Just a thought.
