Man we have quite a few Newbies on the board posting info. I guess the Senior member avoid the heat. I don't blame them. It is too HOT and the Sheriff is stopping folks that shouldn't even be stopped. I see a new lawsuit coming.
They have become too aggressive. I have slowed my patrols, but not stopped them.

I agree with Word. Too many stops. Today I was one of them.
I work on Auburn Ave at the rather large healthcare facility. I have to drive downtown when leaving.
Ok so this deputy pulls me over and ask me what I am doing in the area, as if i am on the hunt. Now mind you I am in scrubs and have my ID from work firmly visible. He sees this and goes oh nevermind Doc sorry.
I was suspicious you know lol not! I was really just driving home from work.
I have heard everyone from docs down to housekeeping saying they are getting stopped.
I guess if the CEO of our place complains to the city and the county about the abuse of this. I would hope it slows down. I firmly believe after elections things will calm down. Its a cycle kinda thing.

I have to agree with Dr. Moose, that there are too many illegal stops, just on G.P. (General Principle). I see a lawsuit happen the first time they ARREST SOMEONE, who decides to take it to COURT.

Very few people will admit to ever driving through OTR or WE, without being thought of as doing something wrong. You can barely go to Finley Market or Alabama's Fish, or anyplace else. White People, Young and OLD, are obvious targets, so wearing scrubs, nurse's outfits, a priest collar, or anything, you will be stopped, and "NO ONE" will file a complaint. So they can get away with
until someone is "HARMED".
THE SHERIFF IS WANTING TO MAKE A NAME FOR THEMSELVES .... and
WANT TO FORCE A CONFRONTATION, IN ORDER TO GET MORE OF THEMSELVES ON THE STREETS, THUS MORE MONEY FROM THE "CITY".
THUS MORE SHERIFFS EMPLOYED, THUS REPLACING THE C.P.D..

Probably the best thing to do is to tell the cop you have nothing to say. Then ask the cop if you can leave. There is not much the cop can do if you are clean.

The Police can Detent you in Handcuff, without calling it an arrest. By Law they are "NOT" suppose to, but look at the Ex-Bengal, and they illegally Tazzed him. He is NOW SUING for 50mil. If he WIN I hope the Cop that did the deed, and blow him a kiss while doing it, has to pay a great portion of that suit if lost. The Police will NEVER LEARN, Unless You Hurt Their Bank Account.
After about an hour or two in handcuff, and a "GREAT DEAL of EMBASSESMENT" they will let you go. The CPD is Job Security for Cincy Lawyers. They are trying to get you to admit something in order to avoid embassesment. They will then try to search your car without asking or a warrant to cover themselves if you are riding dirty. They may even plant something, to avoid a Law Suit, and money from there pockets.
DON'T THINK FOR A SECOND, THAT THEY HAVE NOT SEEN and HEARD IT ALL.
I have seen them work, and heard ABOUT what they are doing, from they same people they hassel. Asked .... alot of the SW have to give "FREE" service in order to avoid going to "JAIL." And the Police know who these officers are.
THE WHOLE DEAL IS TO EMBASSES "YOU" !!!!
THEY OFTEN DO MORE, and IT ALL GOES UNREPORTED. NO EVIDENCE !!!!
"ALL in ALL" THE POLICE ARE WORSE IN OTHER CITIES, LARGE and SMALL.

Going to be in Cincy next week near Xavier - where would one find a skillful young lady like this? or this one!
