No explicit quid-quo-pro, just kind of understood. Commonly this would start from meeting a dancer outside of the club for some takeout. One of them would occasionally message me to ask if I "needed my dick sucked or something, I'm sure we can work something out".
I guess I’m describing a grey area between “fwb” and “sex work”. That's what I'd call a non-pro or UTR. These girl are just expensive AF escorts at best.
There's no better find than a woman just putting her toe in the water or dabbling a bit in the hobby but not like this. Hard pass. There’s no way anyone advertising themselves this way would actually be fun to hang out with.
Thanks for the recon though hope you find that diamond in the rough.
As soon as you quietly slipped them some cash

Sometimes finesse is in order.

It's not the John needing to believe he is not paying, it's the provider who needs to be able to believe she is not prostituting herself. If you can recognize that and have social skills to work with it good things can happen. Hence "non-pros".
There's a spectrum of working girls. There's a difference between say, a dancer at a club who maybe dates some of her favorite regulars outside the club or a massage provider that only does FS or BB with a few clients she knows and trusts than a touring provider spamming TNA with ads. You need to approach them all differently. With all of them the important part is to treat the provider as a human and not just a mechanical orifice but that's even more true with girls who want to believe they are non-pros.
You are hurting your own prospects if you treat all of these situations the same.
