You can tell a lot about a person, and how they are by what they post on their Social media pages and their interaction (for as their attitude, if they all about the money, etc etc). These are porn stars / working girls somebody have "hook up with them" and spread the word, somewhere. I seen people posting what they have did to certain model / porn stars on Youtube of all places. Some girls even post themselves (not about their clients but what they time would be like with you).

To verify employment they simply call you job and say they want to verify is such and such work there, and your employer either says yes or no, then they hang up. Anything other that is against he law because they will be invading your privacy, and your employer can be sued, for giving out further info.

Far as porn stars from the 80's all the ones I'm familiar with are old, 60's 70's maybe a few in their 50's, and I'm not into old women, so I can't help you there.

There are so many factors to consider like star status, availability, location, utr or openly advertise, demand, video session, etc. Even newbie porn stars may have higher than expected rates because many get into porn from stripping or modeling.
