I wante to say my 2cents on the economics of this hobby, I don't know about all of you, but I actually talk to these providers and get some real insite. I was listening to Sirius XM Radio yesterday (80's on 8) and one of the DJ personalities announced a request to join some group of do-gooder performing artists who are attempting to get Adult Provider listings removed from Backpage. Com (I actually think she accidentally said backstage. Com. Which is a mistake because thats a website for professional actors). But being the hobbyist I am, I realized what she meant.

So, perhaps we should start worrying that BP is going to go the way of Craigslist, because a bunch of overpaid performers / working girls (musicians / actors) feel that too much of our hard earned money goes to underpaid performers (escorts / AMPs) instead of them.

Of course they are doing it under the dogooder rally cry that it is exploitation of minors. As we all know, if they were in the hobby they would see that there aren't exactly alot of fresh faced teens in the biz. And if there is. Then shutting down BP isn't going to put an end to it.
