Guys, this lets you know how these providers feel about us in general. Years ago, 2 providers were talking amongst themselves (little did they know I had tapped into the conversation- can't say how) and they were really ragging on clients in general- Talking about how they essentially get over on us! Can't remember the exact words, but according to Jade's comment above, this is why I don't write reviews that the lady was nice, sweet, really enjoyed herself, was glad to see me, etc. Because I know how they really feel.
