In my case, I was told to say I'm going to the spa (card not required), then just follow someone else and select the right floor. The security guy followed me to the spa. I had to wait until he left, then I got back on the elevator and went to the proper floor, but someone with a card had to select the floor. It's an inconvenient hassle.

I assume that both Foxwoods and Mohegan are run by the same group.
