Thanks for taking one for the team and reporting it. Craigslist posters false advertise. I also saw Darlene with a 310 phone number. Her pics looked hot, but when I saw her in real life, her hour glass figure looked like a beer mug. She was nice and all, but I chatted for a while and split. Great informative work. Another alias of hers is Sarah. I visited Darlene once, and she says to park at the zoo and call her when you get there. Her place is in the hotel where Hula's Bar is, and shes on the upper floor. She looks nothing like any of the photos. I chatted for a few minutes than walked out. Waste of my time, saved my moolah. I called some of the other names on craigslist noted above, but got no return call. She must have known it was me.
I talked to another girl who posts on craigslist here and told her about my incident. She does this in San Fran, and said the donors there are picky and if you dont look like the pics, they take one glance and bail.

For my money, those ads with nonsense headlines can't get flagged and removed fast enough. They're all links to various crap Web sites with collections of keywords instead of actual headlines:

Anyhow, I still flag them everytime I see them. Wouldn't hurt if others did too.

Twice in the last year I've scored honeys off of CL's casual encounters section. However, I'm new to the islands, moved here "cold" (with no job waiting) and I've been living with family members until I can scrape my finances together.
So these two times I met girls who wanted nothing more than to get busy, neither of them had their own places either. As a mainland guy, I'm used to there being at least a couple cheap hotels in any city, but for the life of me I can't find anything in Honolulu or its environs that's not in Waikiki and at least $100 a night. I paid it to be with those girls, and we had fun and all, but as they were both casual hookups, I really wasn't thrilled with having to shell out that much for innocent fun.
The two places I ended up were the Hawaiian Monarch, and the Ambassador. Anything cheaper though, should I luck out again?
check out any outrigger hotels. ask for the kama'aina rates (you must have a local ID to get it). the last time I was there, the rates were about $60 a night. for the last minute check ins, try any hotels on the airport strip (roughly around 60-80). again, you must be a kama'aina to get good rates.

The other was not-so-great, had fewer issues, but still less patience than I like. I've had fuck-buddies before so I know what makes it work, and neither of these girls were good fits with me for a repeat performance thing. But hey, if you don't swing at pitches you'll never get a hit.

TER has ads and some info at the base level, but the subscription side has a lot more details and search options. TER even has a plug in for Internet Explorer that will search based on the girls phone number.
I've stuck with well reviewed girls and haven't had any problems in Seattle, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Kansas City, and Houston (here now checking HOU-town out). She puts misleading pictures of other women, calls herself model-quality, says her figure is 5'-5", 34-25-34 or something fictious like that when she is more like 34-36-34.

I flag the website spam but looks like everything is getting flagged. I think I read on the WSG that the AMP girls maybe responsible for flagging legit ads to take down the competition. Remember, I'm saying "maybe".

Craigslist offers what they would want to charge for (provider ads) for free. Anyhow, some aggressive marketing on CL by a site like that pissed me off, so I flag them too.
We could speculate endlessly about this, but until that flagger (who must be using multiple bots on multiple computers with different IP addresses to constantly browse and flag everything there, not at all unusual these days) gives up, is busted, or Craigslist decides to take action and block them (hah!) we're deprived of a valuable resource. Just check the CL erotic services sections in other towns like NYC, Seattle, or anywhere on the mainland. Sure, there's plenty of spam, but in the most active cities there are also plenty of ads that look like genuine providers. I generally go on several criteria:
1) An amateur-shot picture of a hot girl that I haven't seen posted in other CL cities.
2) A mention somewhere in the text of something requiring local knowledge. Like here if an ad just says "Oahu," what the heck does that mean? But if it says "windward" or "Waipahu" then I figure it's genuine.
3) A local area code on a phone number, but that's obvious.
4) The girl has her own Web site that includes the above tips.
5) And, a personal bias, if the ad doesn't say much, but does it in a way that makes me think she is doing it herself, and doesn't know how to write an ad like that. Yum!

She posts with ads for $200 and claims that the two pictures (attached) of a really hot young blonde are her real photos. Maybe. From 20 years ago. And then only maybe. Even if those are her pictures they're so out of date that they are now blatant fakes. She's 40 or so and shows it, not at all the firm, tight young hottie in those images. She has nice boobies (easily a C or so, unlike the girl in these shots), but she's thick and saggy around the tummy, and has a noticeably lined face. Actually, if it weren't for the fake pictures, I wouldn't be as harshly critical of her looks here. But the girl in those shots is not the middle-aged woman I saw, and that's just plain arrogant bitchiness.
So anyhow, I showed up at the hotel she's staying at, and I'm not too surprised given the price she's asking. Boring story short: Back rub, CBJ, doggie. She's friendly enough, but very businesslike. Very much of the "1 cum and done" school.
