Was on my way home last night around 12:30 and decided to drive thru elgin. Had to stop at the JJ Peppers on rt 31 and as I was going in there I seen a black lady just kind of loitering inside the laundrymat that is connected to the store. As I was pulling out of the lot I noticed that she had come to the door and was looking out so I slowed down, when I did so she came out and asked me for a ride up the hil to the low income apartments up there. We di the standard cop check, and she told me she was homeless (did not really look like it)and she needed some money to give to some guy so she could stay in his apartment for the night. I do not think she was a pro, just a lady down on her luck, she said she would give me a killer BJ for $. 20 but since I do not do BBBJ I decided to give her the same amount for a HJ. We pulled down a secluded side street and she took care of me, as I played with her large nipples. Her name was Carol and she gave me her digits but said she could not afford the minuets so her phone was off for the time being. Was out yesterday and saw one BSW in the parking lot of the liquor store next to the casino. Drove by, got the look but our uncle was crossing the tracks and headed my way. The parking lot is a pain in the a** to get around, and not the most ideal spot to make a quick get a way if the sittuation warrants.

I've been doing the strolling thing for the last two weeks in Elgin, in all the places I used to and nothing it looked like a ghost town at night until today I saw Tina on Villa st. by Walgreens, it was early though and I was on my way to work so I could n't picked her up. Well I saw Tina last night out in Elgin. She was walking along Villa towards National Street. So she is definitely out there. This was around midnight. LE was also heavy last night. What happened this week?

The streets are bare. Maybe everyone got their tax checks and are enjoy some Gov. money?

I was out on the hunt this afternoon and spent a good amount of time taking in the sights. I have seen a dirty blonde on a few previous cruises wandering around but not really giving a look. Then I started seeing her more and more train station, bus station, east side of town, north side, and now yesterday west side on Larkin. So now I've just got to stop out of curiosity. I flag her down and we take a ride, more out of curiosity than anything. Looks to be in her upper 40's white, says she suffers from Narcalepsy (spl? ), and after about 10 minutes of driving every side street in west Elgin she tells me her name is Drew and could use some help finding a doctor to get her medication. Elgin, C'ville cops bust house of prostitution near Larkin High

Police have busted what they call a house of prostitution just 800 feet from Larkin High School, arresting three in the process.

Jesus Enriquez-Rodriguez, 25, of the 2000 block of West Algonquin Road in Mount Prospect, has been charged with pimping and operating a house of prostitution within 1,000 feet of a school, police said. Both charges are felonies.

Likewise, two women working inside the house were both charged with felony prostitution within 1,000 feet of a school, police said.

They are Rosa Haydee Canjura-Garcia, 36, of the 0-100 block of Evergreen Lane in Carpentersville, and Fabiola Peregrino-Acopa, 26, of the 1400 block of Meyer Street in Elgin.

The apartment, in the 1400 block of Meyer Street, is roughly 800 feet from the school.

According to court documents, undercover officers gave Enriquez-Rodriguez a total of $80 for 15 minutes of sex with each woman - $40 would have gone to each woman.

As part of the house arrangement, the women would be allowed to keep $20, while the other half would have helped support the household, documents said.

Elgin Deputy Police Chief Jeff Swoboda said the house had been under police surveillance for about two weeks.

"We started getting complaints ... that it was looking like a prostitution ring and of a lot of people coming and going," Swoboda said.

Swoboda said prostitutes worked at the house for a certain period of time before moving on to other addresses.

"It wasn't the same prostitutes all the time," Swoboda said.

After Enriquez-Rodriguez led the undercover officers to Canjura-Garcia and Peregrino-Acopa, police executed a search warrant on the house and arrested all three people, documents said.

Carpentersville police assisted in the investigation.

The bonds set by Kane County Judge John Noverini Thursday morning were 10 percent of $5,000 for Canjura-Garcia and Peregrino-Acopa.

The bond for Enriquez-Rodriguez was 10 percent of $20,000.

None were able to post bond and they were sent to the Kane County jail to await their next court date.

They are due to appear in court March 27 at the Kane County Judicial Center.

I did the Elgin stroll yesterday and there was nothing. I've done the stroll several times, and have yet to see the famous Tina or any other SW. I think Elgin is dead, casino not withstanding.

I have driven through downtown Elgin during the afternoons the past few weeks and saw nothing going on. It appears dead but activity can start anytime in this area. Watch out for LE. Safe hunting.

I pretty much do the Elgin cruise daily, just because it is on the way home, and have yet to find anything. As for now it is the same, no action and have yet to see this infamous ghost Tina. I cruise in the late afternoons the typical spots.

I have to admit I have driven thru Elgin lately as well. I have not seen a thing out there at all, including Tina. Yes, Tina exists as I have seen her. Several weeks ago I did see a BSW out there on the hill past the train tracks off of National.

If it's that dead in elgin, maybe that is why this ms. Skittles thinks she can get $150 for 15 minutes and $400 for an hour looking like that!

After my jaunt thru Aurora, I took randall north into elgin and went east on 20 and north on 31.

I haven't report in awhile, but I've been strolling the Elgin area and yeah a lot of times it looks like a ghost town, but let me tell you there's some action guys very limited but theres a little hope, like last night I drove around jjpeppers and I saw a WSW she call herself Red she is on the older side but she gives good BBBJCIM I know her from before did n't pick her up because she was talking to a guy, so I kept driving and I took Chicago street and by the bar that is on the corner I saw 2 possible SWs one BSW and one h or WSW which I could n't make sure if they were they kind of gave me tje look but I saw LE turning on Highland so I did n't investigate. So I went to check on Raymond and there was 1 BSW but this one I did n't want to pick her up I had a bad experience with her that I reported before but my report did not come thru maybe was a my mistake or a software error anyways I'll report about her another time because is late.
