I have driven on NW 36 ST and 57ave for years about every week and sometimes almost every night and have not seen a sw in that area. In Miami Springs sw's do not exist. Too many Le.

I would blame a combination of everything, I think the main reason though is the fact that the neighborhood, low prices and "street rep" of the place attract a very bad element and that was what did the place in.
