It's all about connection. I personally don't do anything over $100. And most of the providers at that range will provide extras at no up charge. The same thing would happen if you're a guy who got banned and tried to create a new account using the same IP address.

Considering there were ghosting issues, that may have led to her being looked at and someone did not like what they saw.
