Later, when I bought a newer truck the regular radio had the weather channels, so I never used a CB after that. Doubt the cops would have did more than laugh anyway if I had contacted them somehow.

Mugshots like the one on the link below are so unnecessary. People who are under the influence of anything are just not going to cooperate or comply that is just common sense. Just take a pic with a cell phone or body cam or take a still shot with a surveillance camera or some other way. Just randomly take a pic when they are more calm down or something. But forcing some one that is drunk, high or any way impaired to take a mughshot is just messed up.
